How to give:
Giving on a Sunday
You can either put cash or cheque (Payable to 'Church in the Peak') into the collection baskets during the service.
By setting up a standing order you can have your gift automatically taken from your bank account each month. Many people find this a convenient way to give rather than having to remember to write a cheque each month. Please download and complete the Standing Order Form, or set up the standing order via an internet banking facility. Our bank details are contained on the Standing Order Form.
Use our online giving facility for setting up regular gifts or making one off gifts to our regular fund, or specific projects. Please be aware that we incur additional processing costs with online gifts, compared with direct bank transfers.
Money for nothing
If you plan to give regularly and you're also a UK tax payer, there is a great benefit to the church (at no extra cost for you) if you complete the Gift Aid Declaration part of this form. This means that we can reclaim from the Government the tax you paid on this money (currently an additional 25%). In other words for every £30 given we can claim another £7.50 back.
Simply complete the Gift Aid Declaration Form and if you want to pay regularly from your bank account, complete the standing order form. Please send them both to the Church in the Peak Office, The Lime Tree, Lime Tree Business Park, Lime Tree Rd, Matlock, DE4 3EJ. Alternatively you can put them into the collection baskets on Sunday.
